1. Introduction

By accessing or using Betura Casino ("the Casino", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Betura Holdings Ltd. operates the Casino under a fictitious Curaçao licence #1668/JAZ.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and play. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and suspend accounts where age verification is pending.

3. Account Registration

Each player may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated winnings may be voided. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Google Pay and selected cryptocurrencies. All deposits are processed in Euros (EUR) by default. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and wagering compliance checks. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending KYC review.
